It's really, really frustrating to AGAIN be stuck under a warchief who makes terrible decisions and is impossible to agree with....
Against my better judgement of not counting my chickens before they hatch, what the absolute &*!@ Blizzard? Are we really going down the same road as Garrosh, again? I mean I'm not entirely surprised, I said some time ago on the EU forums and MMO-Champion odds are it'll be Garrosh 2.0 with Sylvanas and it seems to be coming true. But I had hoped maybe just maybe they could of done this differently.
Y’all are arguing about Sylvanas, and I’m wondering if Saurfang becomes the leader of the Mag’har Orcs under the Alliance
I was hoping for something more interesting with this but this is just dumb. Im guessing thats yet another warchief dead/replaced, i love Sylvanas and her character, parts of this are good like her looking out for civilians and the horde itself, but doing &*!@ like this makes it hard to. hopefully it will make more sense whilst playing. I always got the idea that both horde and alliance are just factions and not necessarily good or evil. And !@#$ me don't get rid of Saurfang and make him betray the horde and die for it....like please stop killing Horde characters off now?
I can’t believe how many people are whining about this! This is WARcraft. Not pracecraft. Keep this hippie crap out of here. FINALLY blizz is continuing the story that set up so long ago
I had a feeling they would be going this direction when Sylvanas was made Warchief; admittedly, I had suspicions - and so did a lot of others - when they introduced the val'kyr to the Forsaken, but this basically confirms the whole "Lich Queen" theory. I play on an RP server, and I play a number of characters - including some Forsaken - who believe that Sylvanas is taking the Horde down a path that makes them not only worse than Garrosh and his lot, but possibly even worse than the days of the Old Horde, when the orcs were corrupted by the blood of Mannoroth, and Gul'dan and the Shadow Council were pulling the strings. My Forsaken mage, in particular, thinks that Sylvanas becoming Warchief has essentially given carte blanche to the Royal Apothecary Society to go full hog with the Blight, at full strength, damn the consequences. It remains to be seen just how far Blizzard will go with this, but even datamined as this is, it's not looking promising for future cooperation against bigger foes...like the one Old God whose influence we've only seen bits and pieces of, for instance...
I dunno about you guys, but I'm not seeing evil from Sylvanas. She's trying to create a kind of peace that'll last - make a border between the factions that's just the whole damn ocean. We also have to remember that we don't have context, and that conquering the tree would mean burning it down is a stupid strategy. If she wants it, she wants it intact.
I’m going to miss Undercity. An undead warlock was my first character ever. Undercity was always my favorite city. Rip :(
So disappointing as a Horde player...
