Nutraal is inside a gene tank at the north-west corner of the Onyx Laboratory in the Aberrus Raid. Or north of the Amalgamation Chamber boss. You can click the gene tank and that will release Nutraal from the tank. He stands on the ground and talks to you in general chat: "The lab is in turmoil, has the master been informed?"

In LFR he did not provide a quest, nor does anything else. His name is in green text.

Contrary to the 3D model shown in the page, he is an albino, and has no ears or horns. No clothing either.

UPDATE: I figured it out. Nutraal is essential for the Tabula Rasa achievement -- which is part of the Glory of the Aberrus Raider achievement.

From what bits of the database I researched, you have to:

1. Pull Neldris from The Forgotten Experiments boss encounter to where Nutraal is. Neldris has to cast Rending Charge on Nutraal 3 times. Defeat Neldris.
2. Pull Thadrion. Thadrion must cast Volatile Spew on Nutraal 3 times. Defeat Thadrion.
3. Pull Rionthus. Rionthus must cast Deep Breath on Nutraal 3 times.

The Tabula Rasa achievement is completed. It might require 3 different raids. Unsure whether you can do these in a single Raid group. Seems excessive.

In the room just before the stairs to Forgotten Experiments there's a tank off to the left right here on the map. Clicking the tank will release Nutraal and he'll run up the stairs into the boss room to wait for you.

Once you pull, Nutraal will take it upon himself to run a marathon before you kill the boss, and the guy does not stop running for more than a few seconds at a time. While he's running around you have to hit him 3 times with the signature abilities of each of the bosses. It becomes easier to hit him if you keep him marked as well.

In P1, hit him with Rending Charge by keeping him in the white arrows between people that get picked.
In P2, get him hit by the swirlies that spawn from Volatile Spew. Since he runs around and they bait onto players, your best bet is to have your group surround him and run with him during Spew.
In P3, bait the Deep Breath onto him. He can run between quadrants so you might low roll but since there are only 2 Deep Breaths per cast anyways you'll need 2 casts to get him hit 3 times.

As you successfully hit him, he'll gain stacks of the following buffs.
P1 - Rended
P2 - Slimed
P3 - Singed
Use these debuffs to track your progress and don't kill one of the bosses until their debuff is stacked 3 times.

Instructions for the Forgotten Experiments - On the way to the boss, before the flight of stairs, there is a clickable tank and once clicked, Nutraal will emerge and accompany you in the boss fight.

P1 - Hit Nutraal 3 times with Rending Charge, players need to position themselves so that the boss flies over Nutraal.
P2 - Slime Nutraal 3 times with Volatile Spew, just stack on Nutraal with the gray swirlies and let them explode.
P3 - Singe Nutraal 3 times with Deep Breath, make sure the boss flies over Nutraal with this ability.

All the above can be done in one fight, just slow down on the dps to give yourself time.

Just before the final stairs to Forgotten Experiments is a tank on a platform. Click on the tank to release Nutraal .

You will want to mark Nutraal so you can keep an eye on his position during the fight.

Nutraal needs to be hit three times by the signature ability of each boss.

- Neldris must hit Nutraal 3 times with Rending Charge. Do not stand on him, but rather have two of the marked people stand between him to hit him. You can hit him a maximum of twice per Rending Charge.
- Thadrion must hit Nutraal 3 times with Volatile Spew. This is easy to bait onto Nutraal by standing on him.
- Rionthus must hit Nutraal 3 times with Deep Breath. This is baited to where the majority of the raid is. This ability can be frustrating because Nutraal will often run out at the last second.

Please the achievement tracker does not properly track this achievement, but you can look at the debuffs on Nutraal to see what he has been hit with and how many stacks he has.

Once Nutraal has been hit 3 times by the signature ability, you can kill that boss.

If you are doing the full raid, be sure to go up the chain after this fight and clear the trash on this platform. "Portable" Ebon Anvil (located there) will be needed for the Echo of Neltharion achievement.
