Increase your Sabellian & Wrathion reputation (by completing activities at the Obsidian Citadel) to achieve The Obsidian Bloodline AND Loyalty to the Prince.
Each of their Quartermasters/Assistant Quartermasters will then offer you one of the 2x items needed to purchase the Magmammoth Harness from Yries Lightfingers.
1. Samia Inkling or Xaldrass for Netherforged Lavaproof Boots (800 Gold)
2. Lorena Belle or Atticus Belle for Sturdy Obsidian Glasses (800 Gold)
When you use the Harness, you'll get this error message "You must be riding a stolen Tame Magmammoth.". So I tried with all 4x Tame Magmammoths tied to Petty Theft Mammoth, but it was only working on the one in the Burning Ascent area (here's a list of all 4x just in case this might work on another one for you).

Step 1
Reach "True Friend" reputation status with both Sabellian & Wrathion

Step 2
Purchase Sturdy Obsidian Glasses from Lorena Belle
Purchase Netherforged Lavaproof Boots from Samia Inkling

Step 3
Purchase Magmammoth Harness from Yries Lightfingers

Step 4
Find a Tame Magmammoth at one of these 4 locations
/way 37.1 44.5 Smoldering Perch
/way 33.4 72.1 Scalecracker Keep
/way 66.3 24.4 Burning Ascent
/way 23.6 71.4 Dragonbane Keep

While riding, use your Magmammoth Harness. Grats on the mount

As of right now i cant use the Harness while riding the Mammoth. Even though i am riding it i get the Error message that i need to ride one before i can use the Item.

all are bugged now.. cant ride any of them and gives the same message 'you must be riding bla bla'

For anyone confused... The mammoths aren't bugged. You need to get on a tamed mammoth and THEN use the item.

Simple fix.

Go to the mammoth, dismount and type /RL (Reload). The interact button will appear.

For anyone having issues. Just because you hop on a mammoth doesn't mean it's counted as "stolen" in the game. You NEED to kill an npc that's near by first, then take the mammoth..."stealing" it.

Go to the coords in the pic, kill that npc and take the mammoth. While riding it, use your harness.
Coords 33.25, 72.06 and NPC

This has already been said, but for anyone struggling with getting this mount...

1. Get the harness
2. Go to /way 33.4 72.1 Scalecracker Keep
3. Do a /reload
4. Right click on the mount
5. Use the harness

For whatever reason, this was the only one that worked for me, the other 3 or so locations of the mount let me ride it but not use the harness on.

If you are having trouble mounting and taming Tame Magmammoth:

1. Go buy Ash Feather Amulet.
2. Find a Tame Magmammoth
3. Relog the game
4. Use Ash Feather Amulet
5. Mount the Tame Magmammoth
6. Use Magmammoth Harness

Dont know why it works but it does.

The items can be purchased on alts, i have true friend with Sab on my main, and could buy the item on my alt, who had trtue friend wit hwrathion and i got the mount.

1. Loyal Magmammoth To get this Mount You need to do in order:

Step 1. ========================

Reach max reputation with Sabellian and Wrathion True Friend. When You get it You will reach Achievements The Obsidian Bloodline and Loyalty to the Prince.

Step 2. ========================

When You reach max reputation You will be able to Buy 3 item. First Buy 2 Items:

- Sturdy Obsidian Glasses - Buy from Lorena Belle or Atticus Belle. /way #2022 26.54 62.46 Atticus Belle
- Netherforged Lavaproof Boots - Buy from Samia Inkling or Xaldrass. /way #2022 27.71 56.32 Xaldrass

When Get this 2 items Go to buy Magmammoth Harness from Yries Lightfingers is on TOP in Obsidian Citadel /way #2022 26.39 55.42 Yries Lightfingers

Step 3. =======================

Now go to mount Tame Magmammoth /way 33.37 72.06, But at first kill mob next to it Qalashi Necksnapper. If You still have problem with mount Tame Magmammoth You need to dismount and do /reload. When You mount Tame Magmammoth use Magmammoth Harness.
Loyal Magmammoth will be added automatically as well You will reach Achievement Grand Theft Mammoth.

2. Petty Theft Mammoth is a simple Achievement, You need to mount 4 Tame Magmammoth and move on them to Mammoth-Tamer Tavok. You can have same problem with jumping on Tame Magmammoth but is same solution, You need to dismount then /reload then You will see arrow to jump on Tame Magmammoth.

Care when You mount Tame Magmammoth he have his HP when mobs will attack You Mount will lose HP. Care as well on lava mount will not loss HP but You will lose a lot don't die XD.

How to do 2x4 party in spoiler:

First go on spot wher you want to do 2x4 farm. Spots:
24.6 58.1 In Basement
28.3 58.8
25 56 in Basement
Then Create party in LRG call "2x4 Key Basement WMoff gr1"

When You get to 5 please give someone who know that He need to keep max 4 please in party.

Then open new party call it "2x4 Key Basement WMoff gr2"

No just keep 4 people in 2 party

Mobs will start spawn much faster and farm will go faster to.

Step 1:

Do Quest Allegiance to One pick side Wrathion or Sabellian ( but leter you can farm reputation for bouth sides ) then You will get Weekly Quest Keys of Loyalty.
Go quick LFG for Quest and collect from mobs 30 Key Fragments and 3 Key Framing to make Restored Obsidian Key. Now You can finish your weekly quest ( You will get 1000 rep for Wrathion or Sabellian and 100 Valdrakken Accord.

Step 2:

Start farming Restored Obsidian Key by finding/making party. Do events for delivered Keys. You can give Keys to 4 NPC but only 2 of them will give you reputation. All NPV next to them have other NPC showing over head how many Keys left to start event.

4 NPC Descryption, events and shop:

1. Wrathion - Need 20 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Clearing the Vault now you can kill Rare Shas'ith is in cave enter 27.2 60.9 just follow Miraveth. For making better reputation You can buy items from Atticus Belle 26.5 62.5

2. Sabellian 27.6 56.5 - Need 20 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Death's Shadow now you can kill Rare Death's Shadow is spawn around 30 54 but He is flying around You need to pull him. For making better reputation You can buy items from Xaldrass 27.7 56.2

3. Igys the Believer 32.3 52.5 - Need 10 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Breaking the World now you can kill Rare Morchok 32.7 52.5 after giving keys wait around 4 min rare is warms up. You not making rep. with this NPC.

4. Forgemaster Bazentus 24.8 61.1 - Need 10 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Weapon Rack Widget Behind NPC around Forge will spawn wapons on ground poick up to get buff ( Only if you have lvl 70 ).

Shops of Wrathion and Sabellian are almost same the difference is this: Wrathion: Armoire of Endless Cloaks and Obsidian Proto-Whelp BUT Sabellian have Obsidian Egg Clutch and Ensemble: Sabellian's Battlegear Cloth Armor.

Bouth of them are selling: Obsidian Collar and Obsidian Cape. As well When You will get max rep. on bouth of them You will be able to buy Sturdy Obsidian Glasses and Netherforged Lavaproof Boots. This items You need to get Mount Loyal Magmammoth. On bot of this comment will be spoiler with information how to get this Mount.

Reputation:

When You Giving Restored Obsidian Key to Wrathion or Sabellian You will get 250 rep + 50 rep for Valdrakken Accord
When You Giving Restored Obsidian Key to Forgemaster Bazentus You will get 100 rep for Wrathion and Sabellian 50 rep for Valdrakken Accord
When You Giving Restored Obsidian Key to Igys the Believer You will not get reputation at all;/.

If you standing next to Wrathion or Sabellian and some one will hit 20 Restored Obsidian Key You will get 250 of them rep. just that you are close :D.
If you standing next to Forgemaster Bazentus and some one will hit 10 Restored Obsidian Key You will get 100 rep for Wrathion and Sabellian just that you are close :D.

Killing Shas'ith will give 250 for Wrathion can be multiple times in a day.
Killing Death's Shadow will give 250 for Sabellian can be multiple times in a day.
Killing Morchok will give you 50 rep for Dragonscale Expedition ( what and why ? don't know )

Every time you give Restored Obsidian Key to any NPC You Will get Obsidian Cache but ( i think ) every 10th Obsidian Strongbox open only if you have lvl 70 but you can collect them how many you want if you lower lvl.

Do Quests as well they will give you reputation to.

All rare in this location are part of Adventurer of The Waking Shores.

For the Grand Theft Mammoth achievement you need to tame a Tame Magmammoth in The Waking Shores to get a Loyal Magmammoth as a mount.

Reputation farming in the Obsidian Citadel : (Daily/Weekly Quests).
Reach the maximum friendship with Wrathion in the Obsidian Citadel for the Loyalty to the Prince achievement.
Reach the maximum friendship with Sabellian in the Obsidian Citadel for the The Obsidian Bloodline achievement.
Shopping items:
Buy at Lorena Belle or Atticus Belle for 800 gold the Sturdy Obsidian Glasses.
/way 25.18 55.84 Upper level Lorena Belle
/way 26.53 62.45 Lower level Atticus Belle
Buy at Samia Inkling or Xaldrass for 800 gold the Netherforged Lavaproof Boots.
/way 24.72 56.78 Upper level Samia Inkling
/way 27.73 56.24 Lower level Xaldrass
Exchange these items at Yries Lightfingers for a Magmammoth Harness.
/way 26.37 55.45 Upper level Yries Lightfingers
Catch mammoth:
Fly to this Tame Magmammoth and kill the Qalashi Necksnapper standing next to it.
/way 33.43 72.07 Burning Ascent
There are three other Magmammoths that count towards the achievement Petty Theft Mammoth.
Click on Tame Magmammoth and use the Magmammoth Harness and you will get the achievement Grand Theft Mammoth and automatically the mount Loyal Magmammoth in your mount collection: Loyal Magmammoth
If you are unable to click on the mammoth, it usually helps to reload the UI with /reload.

Seems you must choose a Tame Mammoth with a hostile mob next to it. Then it works. (many have said this, but now it will be on top)
