You can try to run in from the front gates, take the first turn to the left, nuck the rare and run away.

This elite area is annoying when you first get there.
At least it was this way for me. But when you understand how things work, it gets easier and you actually start to like this zone. You have to get used to it, because there is 3 world quests in this area. Some of them much harder then 1 rare kill)

Tips:

You don't need to kill anyone there (you probably can, but it is a waste of time)
Leystone Hoofplates speed boosts are nice, but you don't really need them if you can draw a circle in your mind around detector mobs and you should always be on the border of this immaginary circle. Never try to rush, just wait
Paladins can take Striding with the Sunwalkers in order hall

General info:
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1-2 min max)
On first kill they drop Order Resources and sometimes Valiant's Glory
Valiant's Glory can be buffed with Artifact Research Notes

Note that this rare is surrounded by 2 patrollers (which detect your costume) that are elite and when one dies, another respawns immediately. So killing the patrol is completely useless.

The rare itself is surrounded by 3 regular mobs which have a respawn time of about 1-2 minutes at most and they respawn in combat.

I solo'ed it as a BM hunter, but it took a few tries of feign death/out of combat and wait until my cooldowns were up.

The best way to solo this is to cc the rare while remaining away from the patrol and keeping an eye on them at all times. Kill the 3 mobs in the middle as fast as possible and then take care of the rare. If she is in the middle, and you are almost right on her, the patrol won't aggro, but she did move around quite a bit.

Miasu is located in Suramar.
Coordinates: 62.6, 63.8 - Suramar, Midnight Court

from Meredil follow the main road south-east to Suramar City. At "The Grand Promenade" go straight and then go down the stairs on the left and go left (east) over the "Moonbeam Causeway". Go into the water and follow the waterway to the "The Gilded Market". Go up the stairs and cross the bridge to the "Midnight Court". Keep to the right and then go up the stairs to Miasu.
