If you're tracking this quest, there is a button that you click to get your gormling to feed. The gormling will consume multiple corpses at once.

Looks like the turn-in point with Reldorn is 25.4, 17.7. (My target had focused on the weekly thing instead of on him and it was rough to find. If you lose your gorm, though, you can go back up to the trough and pick it up again, and it will still be at the growth stage it was at when you lost it.)

Choose a gormling by interacting with it, then kill mobs in the surrounding area and use quest item (Niya's Staff) on their corpses to order your gormling to eat them. Note that while the gormling will eat any nearby corpses, you still need to target one of the corpses in order to use the staff.

Tips: Edible corpses will glow with an outline, if you have outlines enabled in your graphics settings. Watch for the staff symbol on the nameplates to see which mobs will contribute to this quest. (I think it's most of them.)

I encountered an issue where nothing happened when I clicked the staff (it didn't even go on cooldown). A quick /reload fixed it. I've also had issues with disappearing corpses. The whole quest seems kind of glitchy.

Once the quest bar is full, click on the gormling to mount it, and turn in the quest at /way 25.4 17.7

Gormlings will eat corpses from other player's kills, at least for now.

Reldorn is just outside the walls, near the westernmost tower. Go underneath the upper walkway.

Hi all

I present You Venthyr Assault in Maw.

Go to 30 17 Use Gigant to throw you on wall then speak with Prince Renathal and pick Up all 4 random Quests ( I had ):

1. Terrorizing the Tremaculum - Slay 30 mobs, do This quest with Quest 2.

2. A Tea for Every Occasion - First jump on Tubbins ( is on wall ) then use skill 1 to serve 15 tea to ally ( you need to mark ally to serve ). Do this Quest with Quest 1.

3. Wrath of the Party Herald - Jump On Temel then You will fly ( i was using only skill 1 drop on 50 enemy )

4. They Grow Up So Quickly - after kill mobs use Quest Item warm will eat bodys xD. I did not try but maby You can do this Quest with 1 &2 in same time. When You will get to 100% jump on Shadow and move to 25 17. You will return quest in this place to.

Quests 1-3 return under steps 27 13 ( why they hidding there O_o )

Next You need to Jump on General Draven. You will fly up.
Then You need to jump to all 4 mirrors and change light direction in each mirror.
When you get out from last one cinematic will start. That will finish Assault.

Is there any point in them even having abilities?
Aside from the sprint to finish the quest faster, what would you use the second one for?
In case you are in a group with other people, so you can slightly help with combat, way less than if you were just fighting normally?

I've noticed when I complete the quest with a snail I haven't used before it's added to the "stable" at the end, yet I can find no achievement for using all of them on the quest.

BUG FOUND 9.1.5
When you gain the ability "Spectral assassin" from Fangcrack - this makes you invisible out of combat.

Due to this, when you order your gorm to eat the corpse after combat, the invisible buff causes the Gormling stop eating.

Workaround: Stay in combat while your Gorm eats.

lol this game is so bad. remove the spectral as buff and you can finish it.

good thing this is just a beta game from a small indie company

Description

I know what you're thinking, but I have these gormlings completely under control! I picked up a trick or two at the venthyr's Ember Court for suppressing and controlling these troublemakers. If you wish to use their power to aid our battle, I will loan you my staff. With it you can choose a gormling that can be ordered to feed on the corpses of our enemies and grow in strength and size. You won't need many. Gormling grow quickly.
