Cast by Sara on the Guardians on Yogg-Saron only. You can tell which ones have this 'buff' by their increased size before anything else. While not incredibly dangerous even with the buff, the tank should take note and probably not pick up another Guardian until the buff wears off. Can be very dangerous if this happens to coincide with a tank recieving Sara's Fervor.

This should be removed with Tranqualizing Shot or similar abilties whenever possible, because an apparently undocumented side-effect of this buff is that the affected Guardian of Yogg-Saron becomes untauntable. If its ferry tank then gets mind-controlled, they (or any other tanks for that matter) will not be able to quickly taunt back as their low-HP, DoTed-to-the-brim Guardian runs away from Sara and into the group of healers to explode.
