Here's a macro to check your progress for each World Quest (Modified from Genvezax's comment on Impressing Zo'Sorg to work for this achievement instead, so full credit to them)

As opposed to the previous expansion's similar quests, this will take four times as long, as the quests needed reset daily, rather than every 6 hours.

You can check now (with bugs) and should come 10.0.5 check and turn on/off WM from Valdrakken to see which ones are up.

Note that there are two War Mode quests up every day and rotate everyday - both Free for Fall but one is killing a target while the other is FFA Brawl. It will take a while to get this set.

How to Train a Proto-Drake - Waking Shores - less likely (not impossible) to get ambushed, you can grab a few Drakes from the right side near the river. Note this one takes a while with no PvP, so I recommend grouping up so you can share credit. Hot spot is the dirt area. Tricky thing about the dragon herding is making sure you can leash them properly and you don't 'lose' them if you go too fast or the elevation is too high. You can grab 5+ dragons and get them to the top (and you can fly, but you have to be slow and careful with it).
Quacks and Attacks - Thaldraszus - easiest one with least likely chance of getting ambushed. I've found most people just tag and kill several ducks and go on their merry way. Hot spot is generally around the center.
Wild Arcana - Azure Span - nastiest and hardest one since this gets commonly cheesed and people love getting 50+ buffs and sticking around in that area for hours at a time to one shot people. You can take advantage of Cobalt Assembly buffs outside of the FFA area, buff up and then enter the zone. This zone also tends to hold the most griefers and ambushers - I've had multiple groups spawn camp the rez area outside of the FFA. Good luck.
Extermination - Ohn'ahran Plains - medium with decent chance for ambushers. You can stick to the sides and can pull quite a few NPC mobs for %s. I've found a ton of PvP activity in the middle area but you can easily avoid most of it.

Does anyone know if the 20 times is per account or per character? Would go much faster if I can do each quest 10 times in one day across my alts.

The World PVP mega achievement Dragonfight Club awards the title Malicious. One character must complete all requirements. The title is account-wide. For the Tour of Duty quests, be sure your character hasn't maxed out on honor. (Buy something from the honor vendor if necessary.) While honor is maxed out, no honour earned from encounters, war-crates or quests will be applied to the Tour of Duty Achievement. The honour you think you've earned won't even be listed in the Chat log.

Malicia's Challenge A Champion's Tour: Dragon Isles	Complete each of the following World PVP World Quests in the Dragon Isles while in War Mode. Do the activity and/or slay players. How to Train a Proto-Drake 20x Wild Arcana 20x Quacks and Attacks 20x Extermination 20x	The first time you complete all four quests you'll receive the Achievement Malicia's Challenge. When you've completed all quests 20 times on one character, you'll earn the achievement A Champion's Tour: Dragon Isles. There is no LFG eyeball provided next to the quest name on the screen. Join a 5-man group or form one. All other players will be hostile.
A Champion's Pursuit	Kill the following Elites in the Dragon Isles once while in War Mode: Krolkoth the Mountain (Dragon). Quest: Overcoming A Mountain: Krolkoth Nezascar the Sightless (Dragon). Quest: Seeing through the Enemy: Nezascar Tarolekk, the Stomper (Nokhud). Quest: What Hoof We Here: Tarolekk Rhuzast the Tempest (Dragon). Quest: Blown Through Wind: Rhuzast	The LFG eyeball will appear once you're within the quest area. Stay in the group once a quest is completed until you are safely out of the quest area. Once you're not in a group, all other players will be hostile -- since this melee wpvp.
Tour of Duty Achievements	Earn 1000 honor in each zone while in War Mode: Tour of Duty: The Waking Shores Tour of Duty: Ohn'ahran Plains Tour of Duty: The Azure Span Tour of Duty: Thaldraszus

How to use the in-game macro wizard

In the game menu, click on the red button called "Macros".
Create a short name.
Optional: pick an icon. The default icon will be a red question mark.
A text box will open. In the first list type: /say
On the next line, paste in ZaneBusby's macro.
The code will look like this:

Quick thing worth noting - Wild Arcana can be completed with War Mode off, but you DO NOT GET ACHIEVEMENT CREDIT if you complete the world quest with WM off. Lost 2 days before noticing it.
