Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

but you only see combos appropriate for the gear it's applied to.

This requires a good amount of farming for the scales and a much larger amount of luck for the stats you want to proc. Trying to make one for my hunter I made one for a Resto sham, after all the work I decided to then make a resto/ele shaman so it didn't go to waste, as it's fairly rare to get the caster gear.
